1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with A Prime Dinners ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Services

A Prime Dinners provides private chef and catering services in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the Greater Arizona area. Services include, but are not limited to: private chef dinners, meal preparation, cooking classes, sushi party platters, catering, and family meals to go. All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

3. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to confirmation by A Prime Dinners. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Booking requests submitted via our website or by phone are treated as inquiries until confirmed in writing.

4. Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of confirmation. Remaining balances are due no later than 48 hours prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable; no additional charges apply.
• Cancellations 3–6 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is due.
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 100% of the total booking fee is due.
• No-shows: 100% of the total booking fee is charged.

A Prime Dinners reserves the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, force majeure). In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid or offer a rescheduled date at our earliest availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for ensuring that adequate kitchen facilities, utilities, and workspace are available for the Chef. The Client must disclose all known food allergies, dietary restrictions, and health conditions prior to the event. A Prime Dinners will take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Menu Customization

Menus are customizable subject to ingredient availability and reasonable notice. Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to the event. Last-minute changes are accommodated at the Chef's discretion and may incur additional charges.

8. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Quoted prices include the Chef's time, culinary expertise, and standard equipment. Ingredient costs, travel fees beyond a standard service radius, or specialty items may be billed separately and will be disclosed in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

A Prime Dinners and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to allergic reactions where dietary information was not fully disclosed. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All recipes, menu designs, and culinary concepts provided by A Prime Dinners are the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, share, or commercialize any proprietary recipes or menu content without prior written consent.

11. Photography & Media

A Prime Dinners may photograph or record food presentations during events for marketing and portfolio purposes. If you do not consent to photography, please notify us in writing prior to your event. We will never photograph guests without their explicit consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

13. Modifications

A Prime Dinners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
